Gas Dock Hand

Buncombe Creek Marina is seeking a motivated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Marina Dockhand. This role is perfect for someone who loves the water, enjoys working outdoors, and is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with docking and undocking of vessels
• Fuel boats and personal water crafts
• Perform regular maintenance and cleaning tasks around the marina, including the docks, boats, and general facilities
• Assist customers with their needs and inquiries, providing excellent customer service at all times
• Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations

Qualifications:

• Ability to swim and comfortability working near water
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Must be able to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy items and working in all weather conditions
• Previous marina or boating experience preferred but not required
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays
